Everyone has a tattoo of the first words their soulmate says to them written on their left wrist. Everyone judges Kid for the words written on his wrist. They act like it's a bad thing. He doesn't understand why it's bad that his soulmate is supposed to be a boy. He's not particularly mad at them for judging him, he just doesn't understand it.
