Motivation

At 3AM, the world was quiet, but my mind was not. I used to lie awake replaying conversations, worrying about tomorrow, and wondering why prayer felt so hard when I needed peace the most. I thought I had to pray harder, say the right words, or feel calm before coming to God. But slowly, I learned something gentler. Prayer does not have to be perfect to be real. Sometimes it begins with one tired sentence, one honest breath, and one small surrender. This is a reflection for anyone who overthinks at night, feels anxious in the quiet, or needs a softer way to return to God's peace. Sometimes peace begins softly. Sometimes it begins at 3AM. Sometimes it begins with one honest prayer.
