After the conclusion of Cilan's journey with Ash and Iris he takes a short break in a small town where he runs into Burgundy who is also nearing the end of her own personal journey. What will come of their meeting? And will old feelings come to the surface?

Dianna Snivy had her future planned out for her; live in the treehouse right next door with her planned fiancée, Chad (cliché name, but whatever). When she bumps into Tide Oshawott and introduces her parents to them, They go all haywire and demand he is removed from her life. Only problem is these two are good friends, and her older brother one night finds out the truth of why their parents are so overprotective; Their adopted. Dianna falls into depression, her parents blaming it on Tide. Tide, believing this, leaves for the greater good. This only makes Dianna's depression worse. Will Dianna stay in this pit of misery, marrying a Pignite she doesn't even like? Or will Tide return in time; and sweep Dianna from utter loneliness?

An Oshawott and his trainer enter a dungeon in the mountains of the Unova region... and Oshawott's trainer disappears. His friends, Ash, Iris & Cilan know nothing of his whereabouts, but what is discovered many months later creates a universal distortion that could end all life in the Pokémon world.
