Sophie Foster is a level 5 prodigy at foxfire. She and her friends have been working as hard as possible over the midterm break to find a way to defeat the Neverseen once and for all, and they think they might be onto something, but now that foxfire is back in session, they have to let the adults do the work. Between all the drama with the Neverseen and constant homework from her mentors at foxfire, Sophie also has some personal drama going on between her and three other boys in her friend group. Fitz is her boyfriend, right? Keefe's just a friend? Maybe not for long... Fitz's temper is getting out of hand, but he still cares for her. Keefe's feelings are growing stronger and he's struggling to hide them. Sophie's still oblivious. Which boy will she choose? We don't own the characters! Only the plot! Sophie Foster isn't sure what to expect of her new school, mainly for wealthy students, but soon she meets Dex, a handsome young teenager ready to introduce her to everyone. And there are lots of people in this love octagon... All credits go to Shannon Messenger, the author of the Keeper of the Lost Cities series. Although I used her characters and her general storyline I appropriated it into a different story.

I made a list of all the pros and cons of Sophie dating Fitz and Keefe and figured I could post it. While I was making it, I decided to add Dex and Tam in, just because.

Sophie's life isn't always perfect. As she goes through series of events, she finally realises who she needs and who she doesn't. Disclaimer: I do not own kotLC, I only write fancictions about it.

[DISCONTINUED] Book 1: Fitz Vacker was very popular in school. Every girl was falling head over heels for him, and all the guys were trying to be his friends. But they were all too self obsessed - makeup, frilly dresses, muscled bodies, and over-gelled hair. He wanted a girl who didn't care about what she looked like. He wanted a girl who was adventurous and brave. He wanted Sophie Foster. Book 2: Dex had always been unpopular. Unnoticed. Invisible. People were always bumping into him like he'd never existed. Even though Sophie had sworn he was her best friend, he'd watched Fitz and Keefe go with her everywhere. He'd seen them save the world. What was he doing? Sitting in his room creating stupid gadgets, pretending like he didn't exist.His parents always told him he was special. He did know that he was a powerful Technopath, but he didn't feel special enough. If he was that special, why didn't his friends bring him along on their daring adventures? Book 3:Keefe Sencen hated his life more than anything else in the world. His parents were either part of the Neverseen group, or a stuck up brat who only cared about himself. He might've had good friends, but they couldn't really help him with 'family problems'. Keefe Sencen wasn't always the best. Second best for everything it was. Fitz Vacker was always in first place on everything, leaving his best friend to stumble behind. The only person who made him feel like he belonged was Sophie.

The council has declared only one child per family. All other children must be given away. Since Sophie is Sophie, she and Dex and allowed to keep their second and third child. When Sophie finds out she is pregnant again the family has to go into hiding. Except Lucy. She has to pretend that her family disappeared with out her knowing everyday. She has to smuggle food to them and other things they would need. Will Lucy have the courage to face the council and change the law? Because her newborn little brothers life depends on it.

Sophie smiled and then reached in to kiss me. I could feel her relax a bit. I moved my hands slightly down her back, pulling her body closer to me. Her lips were soft, and the kiss was gentle.
