DhruvTara: The twist of time, is based on the hindi television series "DhruvTara", a Time Travel fiction telecasted on Sony sab. In the story a Princess, Tarapriya, from a 17th century lost dynasty of Vallavgarh Time travels to 21st century through a "Cursed" and "Forbidden" gateway "Navrangban" to find treatment for her dying brother. The Princess who had secret passion for medicine stumbles upon a renounded Neurologist Dr. Dhruv Saxena who eventually falls for her and assists in her adventure and the duo gets married in due course. The twist of fate gets the couple separated and Dhruv and Tara gets stuck in 21st and 17th century respectively. Tarapriya, pregnant with Dhruv's child, gets wise assistance from Surya Pratap Singh, the King of Devgarh, and Vallavgarh's "former" enemy. Tara starts living in the Devgarh masion posing as Pratap's wife "Antara" and the child became the Pince of Devgarh until Dhruv finds another Time travel gateway and reaches there causing the real faces come out and resulting in a trassle between Surya Pratap and Dhruv. The story of this fanfiction continues from where Tarapriya gets injured neutralising the fight between Dhruv and Pratap and Dhruv flees away with unconscious Tara to 21st century. He does her treatment there. Menwhile, Dhruv and Tara's 4 year old son, Saurya, gets to 21st century through the Time cave along with many members of the family. The story revolves around exposure to 21st century environment of the Devgarh family, the realisation of Pratap, some moments of Dhruv Tara and Saurya and eventually the discovery of Dhruv's lost family and ultimate reunion. Many facts in the fanfiction is different from the real series bcz of creative liberty. The readers are requested to comment and put forward their suggestions. Being not well versed in hindi many words and pronunciations might be wrong and I'll be obliged if the readers put light on the rectifications to be done through comments.

The fanfiction deals with an alternative ending of the Devgarh track of DhruvTara. Where, Dhruv breaks down after getting humiliated by his son, Saurya. But he rises up again with the blessings and enlightenment of Maharishi ji, the gurdian of Navrangban, and stands up for his rights as Saurya's biological father. The story involves Maharishi ji as major figure, and Dhruv in action. Mahavir and Minakshi too take pivotal roles to make Tara understand where her fault lies.

Tara was overwhelmed by a mixture of love, guilt, shame and grief as she stared at the sleeping form of Dhruv. Her heart ached as she reached out to touch his hair but her hand stopped just inches before his hair. Tum haar chuki ho Tara. The voice rang in her ears and her face crumbled in anguish. Bas ek avsar. Tara cried out, her voice pleading with the depth of her emotion. Rajkumari Tarapriya realized her mistakes and sins but it was already late. Dhruv was snatched away from her and was written in someone else,s fate. Overwhelmed by the weight of her love, guilt, shame and grief, Tara desperately pleaded for another chance and her wish was granted but in a different way.

When Dhruv and Tara's paths are crossed with each other, their hands touch making Dhruv feel an electric current within him triggering some fleeting images in his mind and he sets out to find her. Inspired by Magadheera.

He gazed at the moon with a hollow look in his eyes. A pin drop silence enveloped them. Tara started to rub her arms in discomfort. Per yahan toh vishvaas hi kanch ka nikla. Dhruv said and her heart stopped beating as she looked at him. He stood emotionless which prickled her already broken heart mercilessly. There's a saying, that love without trust is like a river without water. Dhruv Tara were 2 people who loved each other to the moon and back but due to 1 misunderstanding, everything was ruined between them. Dhruv lost his ability to trust while Tara lost him in the most cruel of ways. Based after Maharaj Udeybhan,s death and after his innocence was proven.

This story is based on the popular hindi daily soap "DhruvTara" telecased on Sony Sab. In the story Tarapriya, the Princess of 17th cen Vallabhgarh, time travels to 21st century through the mysterious "cursed" Navrangban to find a doctor to treat her brother, Yuvraj Mahavir. In that course she finds Dr. Dhruv who gets ready to assist her to 17th century, who has already fallen for her. As Dhruv reveals his heart Tara too falls for him and disclosure of their affair makes dark clouds doom on Dhruv's fortune. Tara's father, the King of Vallavgarh, Uday Bhan, orders for death penalty of Dhruv. Yuvraj Mahavir was not ready to kill Dhruv, his savior and his sister's lover. So he poses a drama where he fakes Dhruv's death and transports him to 21st century. Tara being unaware of Dhruv's survival breaks into pieces and consumes poison to kill herself. She takes Dhruv's father with her and fire up her room to pose suicide. On reaching Dhruv's home with his father Tara finds Dhruv alive, but the poison she consumed is a definite killer. Dhruv saves her, but Tara looses her memory. Dhruv creates a fake world for Tara and manipulates her brain and takes her to Canada so that her past trauma don't drive Tara into Coma or Stroke. Things goes on successfully till Tara starts getting trauma from glances of ancient Indian things. Tara starts to follow her "dreams" and "nightmares" to find out of it's truely hallucinations. Will Tara follow her intuitions and find out the "Truth of the Past"?

The story started after DhruvTara's reincarnation.Dhruv comes back from Calcutta and meets Tara in rain.

As Tara gazed at the moon, her heart filled with bittersweet longing. The stars twinkled above, echoing the promise she made to herself. She knew deep within that her connection with Dhruv transcended time and space, that their love was destined to endure. Lost in her thoughts, Tara looks to her side to see, Dhruv standing beside her, his presence warm and comforting. His smile, a beacon of hope, ignited a spark within her. Despite the physical distance between them, their souls remained intertwined, bound by an unbreakable thread. With a sigh, Tara wrapped her arms around herself, seeking solace in the chilly night air. The words whispered in her mind, carrying the weight of determination and devotion. "I will find you, Dhruv. If not in this century, in this birth. I will find you in my rebirth. Dhruv's Tara will find him, in every century, in every birth, in all 7 births that were meant to be. Dhruv's Tara will find him no matter what." As the scene faded, Tara's yearning lingered, a tale of love left unfinished. She whispered softly, "Ishq ki dastan, adhuri thi, adhuri hai. Mirza bhi mit gaya, sahiba adhuri hai. Jeene ke har wajah, adhuri thi, adhuri hai. Ishq ki dastan, adhuri thi, adhuri hai." Dhruv aur Tara humesha sath rahenge. These were the words he had spoken to her and she had smiled with love and commitment shimmering in her eyes. However she ended up commiting mistakes and sins. (DT plot) But still honouring the promise, they were born again. But is the journey going to be easy?

In this story Shaurya accepts Dhruv as his father and after knowing Mahveer's truth Shaurya tells Dhruv that you will have to kill my uncle but Dhruv acts as if he killed Mahaveer but in reality Mahaveer is alive, Tara does not know that Dhruv has killed her brother in fake manner, she thinks that Dhruv has really killed Mahveer, she cries a lot the whole day, does not talk to anyone, does not eat food, seeing all this Shaurya understands that he has committed a big mistake. Gayi, he shouldn't have got so angry and shouldn't have asked Dhruv to kill his uncle. When Shaurya realizes his mistake, Dhruv tells Shaurya and everyone in the palace that Mahaveer is alive and he had done all this drama to make Shaurya understand his mistake. After hearing all this, Meenakshi and Shaurya get very happy. Later Mahaveer regains his senses and Dhruv tells Meenakshi and Shaurya that he is from the 21st century. Both are surprised to hear this, but Dhruv makes both of them understand that they shouldn't tell anyone about the Samay Chakra and tells Mahaveer that he has snatched Surya Pratap from his family. , so Now he will have to protect Pratap ji's family for his entire life. he will now have to consider Pratap family as his own and this will be your punishment of Mahaveer , and mahaveer accepts dhruv punishment and after that dhruv tara and shaurya leave for 21 century.
