DISCLAIMER: This is NOT an RP A new girl in school just joined at Disney High School but the thing is she is not from any Disney movie. She has to go undercover to make everyone else believe that she is a Disney Character. Foster Care is an amazing system offering support and safety to children across the nation. When you think of Foster Care, images of children is better homes come up, a place where abused and neglected children and thrive. This is true, but not all children in foster are abused or neglected. Oregon has some of the largest foster care systems, with the Multnomah County has one of the highest rates of foster care placement in the nation. This is a collection of stories of the children of Oregon's foster care, those who share traumatic experience and were rescued and those who were not so lucky. All stories told are real and will be a part of each child life. Names will be anonymous if the child in it doesn't want to be known. Any other names are the real names of the children and their families and must be taken serious.

Shadow starr sevigny battles through physical, mental and sexual abuse. she is taken by cps/dhs to live with a different family and escape all the gang violence, abuse, homelessness, and other traumas that stood in her way. She's an addict for drugs,she continues to feed her addiction after dhs enters her life and she is sent to rehab. Rehab made her the succeeding independent woman she is now. What's next...
