Hello? Hello? Oh. Okay." BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. CALL DISCONNECTED. Two people. Two idiots rather. After one prank calls the other, a chain of weekly phone calls becomes a tradition between the two. In each call, they argue and bicker, but with every call they begin to trust one another more and more. How can a phone call, or an argument bring two totally separate people together?

Rivers Walter is hospitalised after a major car accident, right before the football finals. It's the worst thing that's ever happened to him. But then he converses with the girl who shares the room with him. The mysterious girl who seems to know a lot about him, but refuses to tell him much about herself. However, Rivers is bent on uncovering this girl's secrets and he has never been known to back down from a challenge. What starts out as small talk might just be the start of a friendship and perhaps something more. And just maybe, this isn't the worst thing that has ever happened to Rivers.
