Znáte ten pocit, kdy se cítíte úplně v pasti? Ten pocit, když Vás opustí Vaše milovaná osoba a zbyde jen díra ve Vašem srdci? ...

Mám jeden příběh, kde budu vyprávět, co se v mém životě odehrávalo a tento další bude spíše přítomnost a jak zvládám zdravý režim, redukci, pocity... Spíše takové zápisky. Oba příběhy mají stejné téma, ale každý je psán jinou formou. Takže jestli vás to zajímá, pusťme se do čtení.

Existuje mnoho ľudí, ktorí sa do niečoho pustia bez toho aby potrebovali trochu popodstrčiť. Avšak niekedy, je toho tak veľa, až si raz poviete: "Ja nevládzem". Je jedno koľko máš rokov a čo robíš. Proste sa to niekedy stane. Nevládzeš. Ale chceš. Chceš, aby bolo všetko tip top. Noo možno tip top nie, niekedy ti stačí aby si to proste spravil, aby s tým bol pokoj. Ja viem. Vtedy si povieš: "dobre, teraz musím zabrať ako nikdy". A presne v tej chvíli úplne vypneš...
