The New Kanto region is an anomaly. Entirely man made, with its own league and advanced metropolis. How do you keep something like that secret from the rest of the public? William Perri is the mastermind behind the New Kanto region, and he's anything but ethical. Operation Animus is a Pokémon mind control program, fronted by William himself, and Amethyst, Diamond, and their ragtag team of friends must save the Pokémon from themselves before it's too late, all the while racing Team Doom to the end of the League.
