Dickinson Stories

One of my personal favorite poets is Emily Dickinson. I have made an attempt to write some poems inspired by hers. Each of these will list which poem of hers inspired it below the poem. Be sure to find a copy of Emily's poem that mine corresponds to. I believe it will be worth your time. At Henry James's annual New Year's Eve Party, December 31, 2008, affluent writers across the ages gather to celebrate the New Year. Edgar Allen Poe is drunkenly making feeble attempts to flirt with Emily Dickenson, Shakespeare flew in from Britain to convince Nathaniel Hawthorne to turn Rappaccini's Daughter into a play, and Sarah Orne Jewett and Henry James talk politics beside the apartment's roaring fire. A short story.

Hope wilkos is the girlfriend of Joseph Quinn of 2 years. They have become inseparably and loved each other very much But,...Joseph started to act strange around everyone especially Hope over the last couple days after Joseph found a box in a run down home that they were looking at to live together in. How come Joseph is acting weird? Did you do something wrong? What is he trying to keep away? Especially from hope?

Yeah, it's in the title I got really into Emily Dickinson's poetry recently. That progressed into finding the show and being like "oh, a fellow gay? We must investigate" Well, I did some investigating and now I need to vent
