Writing inspired by 'The Hate U Give'- by Angie Thomas. This story displays the main theme of police violence and white superiority in America. A note from the writer: " I am from London but having to portray America and its unique slang was hard. Most of the characters are named after people I know. Ps. Al-Amin Shop is a shop in London but I used it in this book because it was the shop I regularly visited.
