When Scrat mistakenly woken a white Bird name Shadow, he and his army caused Chaos and takes over the island while Manny, Sid, Diego and Gina must gather up their army to stop Shadow, Duke, Thorn and Chaos and save the Island.

Scrat is propelled into outer space in an abandoned spaceship during an attempt to bury his acorn and accidentally sends a giant asteroid towards Earth. Manny, Sid, Diego, Gina, the Herd and Buck must go on a life-or-death mission to find a way to fend it off.
