Before I began the ABC diet and diets in general, I always ate whatever I wanted, high calorie or not. If it fit under my limit, I would eat it. Then as I learned the ropes of dieting, I realized that it's nice to eat what you want and still have room for something else you want to eat. On a 300 calorie day, you can still have space under your limit for dessert!
