The feelings that come with all walks of my life,
Feelings explained, with good and bad outcomes, but most of all, the hope of pure relatability on the reader's part.
I hope some of you can relate to my content on some level, or that it brings you a sense of not feeling alone or distant in any way that you feel.
Your feelings are valid.
Knowing you're not alone but Feeling alone,
And realizing all that is felt within all of that, are feelings that have been too common and aren't often talked about.
We feel things every day, in every situation we are in.
And sometimes, it's not easy to just change a feeling or the trigger for that feeling.
Sure we could just leave, or cut people off, start working out every day, eat better and read books.
But sometimes even though you're healthy, have good habits, have strong mindsets, things still hit us in ways that we can't always mentally change them.
Certain feelings just stay,
And persist throughout our lives.
Patterns continue,
Toxicity follows,
Habits become challenges.
That's life sometimes, but not everyone is open to talking about it. It seems so negative to reminisce or to keep ourselves in any type of toxic situation, but sometimes it's the habit of having that thing or person that gives u a sense of belonging wether it's negative or positive that makes you keep those habits.
The truth is, we are a product of our environment, and if our environment hasn't been great our entire lives, it can be very hard to change these things.
This is my version.
