If she's not wearing make up or doesn't look beautiful she'd rather him not see her. What Lottie doesn't know is that Digby doesn't care about external beauty; but loves the inner beauty. "A Fool's Letters to Harriet" Harvey isn't one for make overs, but visits Shampoodle just to see Harriet. He would love to tell Harriet how he feels about her, however he never can gather the courage to. The one thing he can do is write her letters, addressing himself as her secret admirer. Harvey will have to work up the courage to tell Harriet that he's the secret admirer before she figures him out herself.
