In a futuristic time, an "e-Pulse" is generated from human thoughts and emotions and used as an energy source for the AI support device "Sapotama." From the shadows of this remarkable development, terrifying monsters called Digimon appear; digital lifeforms that evolve by consuming humans' e-Pulse and must be eliminated by bounty-hunting teams known as Cleaners. Now, a group known as Glowin Dawn steps forward to not only fight to protect the innocent but also the Digimon out there.

In the wake of a cosmic fracture caused by P.E.R.O. (Powerful Entity Rips Omniverses), heroes from five distinct realities and one celestial guardian have been reborn as students in a modern Japanese classroom. They must protect the "unlucky" anchors of reality while hiding their identities from their eccentric, samurai-descendant teacher and the calculating Class President.

An evil Digimon army known as the Digi-doom dimension hunters from the Digi-doom dimension led by Omnibusmon has returned to take over the digital world and slave the Digimons and held the legendary Digimon tamers knowns as Tai, Davis, Marcus, and Takato captured. But 4 new Digimon Tamers known as Tawanda Sibands, Charlotte Yales, Benjamin Beastly, and Daniel Bunchers are here to rescue them and save the digital world with the help of Agumon, Veemon, Guilmon, and Agumon (Data squad) the legendary tamer's digimon partner who escaped the wrath of the Digi-doom dimension hunters safely to their world. As they set off to new adventures across different Digi-dimensions to help save the digital world and help rescue legendary Digimon Heroes.
