This was thought of many years ago, and so the strongest Digimon in the whole Digital World gave up their essence and body to create 10 new Crests to be partnered with 10 new Digidestined. Whilst the original's had spent their time in the digital world, these 10 were constantly going back and forth between both worlds, and would pass along their abilities and say goodbye to their partners upon reaching a certain age or after finishing a fight that may have caused them death in other circumstances. The new group won't start out together and will most likely work on teams of 3-5, but they'll still do their best. Our current group has just received their Digimon, and are now out to stop the "Corrupt Data" Plague, which turns Digimon rampant and causes some of them to gain evil new forms or evolutions

Some Tamers (people who tame Digimon) use Digimon as pets, and some use them for combat. Some use them for pageants and contests, and some will just treat them as friends. As for Ethan, he plans to explore every city, region, and nation in the DigiNet along with his new partners. In the DigiNet, you use a thing called a Diginary (Digimon Dictionary) to discover all the Digimons. You then battle them with your own Digimons and capture them using a Capture Card. We don't know what to expect when a sudden paranoia reaches the players of the DigiNet. After horrifying events, Ethan soon finds out that Digimon is not just a game anymore....someone plans to use Digimons for evil purposes!
