Too good to be ignored. She had lived in that world completely once - training, matches, coaches, pressure, results. It was everything she thought she was becoming. Until it wasn't. It didn't end cleanly. Nothing like that ever does. At Briar, she was a second-year fashion design student. Dean Di Laurentis' younger sister. They were close in the way siblings who argued constantly usually were. Sarcastic, sharp, always one comment away from starting something. But underneath it, there was familiarity. History. Understanding without explanation. And now he played hockey at Briar. Which meant Sienna was never entirely separate from that world either. She just wasn't part of it. Not really. Not until him. Garrett Graham was exactly what Briar University expected him to be.

Vivienne didn't plan on being seen. She planned on staying on the edges of everything - conversations, friendships, noise. Observing, not participating. Existing, but carefully. Behind this all were these two souls searching for comfort and that is what they found through notes in a book, where fear and hatred disappeared not because they liked eachother but because they didnt know who was behind the cursive writing under their own.
