Devyanshiiiiiiii
1949. Kashmir.
The same dawn painted both skies. The same azaan echoed through the valleys. The same kangris warmed cold hands. The same kehwa steamed in earthen cups, and the same mountains watched over two lands that had once been one.
Only the border had changed.
When Zarmala, a spirited Kashmiri girl with ghungroos that sang louder than her fears, crosses paths with Ayaaz-a soldier bound by duty-their worlds intertwine in ways neither of them could have imagined. In stolen evenings beneath the chinar trees, beside crackling bonfires and snow-covered peaks, they discover a love untouched by politics, untouched by maps. Until the truth arrives.
A bracelet is broken. Trust is shattered.
And two hearts become casualties of a war they never chose.Because sometimes, the loudest thing separating two souls isn't the gunfire. It's the line someone once drew across a map.
One faith. Two countries. One Kashmir. Two broken hearts.
