In Octo Canyon, circa 150,000 years into the future, the Octarians are trying to perfect a time machine. The machine works a little too well and they end up bringing in Luigi! They decide to do a little experimenting on the human and find out that they can hypnotize him just like they did for the Inkling, Callie! They recreate Mr.L and then dump Luigi back into his timeline. Dimentio catches wind of this and demands to rescue Mr.L from these fiends.
