You were sent to Oregon, Gravity Falls. Your parents thought you needed to become 'one with nature' or at least get outside more often. You meet Dipper and Mabel one day at a 'cursed' stream, in the forest. After becoming friends, while swimming and goofing off, you experience pains throughout the night. You weren't you anymore....

"Nobody ever bothers with me. And to be quite honest, I've gotten used to it. But understand that, just because I've gotten used to it, it doesn't mean I like it." He looks at me, about to say something but I interrupt him. " You know how it goes is, nobody ever cares to ask, because nobody ever cares to look, because nobody ever cares to wonder.
