He learns that his birth mother died later after giving birth but discovered his father is still alive! So Jack, his friends, and the Bad Guys go on a quest to find more answers on who his parents were. But as they do, danger and foes will emerge.

When they are telling stories of before the apocalypse, Jack mentions Kate and Jay. Turns out, June knows her. The three mourn over the fact that they were probably not alive, and probably zombies. Kate refuses to believe that her friends are zombified. And 84 days after the end of the world started, her team finally finds Jack, June, Quint, and Dirk. Just several teenagers in a treehouse, during the apocalypse. What could go wrong?
