Dirt Stories

I wrote all of these poems (except one, which I'll say in the A/N of it's own) in my Short Stories and Creative Writing class. (2011-2012, first semester. Yes, I was a freshman when I wrote these poems.) If your school has this class, and you haven't taken it, I would suggest you do so, it's a great class. I'm sure that my writing would have been a lot better if I would've taken it my senior year, instead of just last year. It was a great class anyway. :)

In the balmy seaside kingdom of Astolat, Princess Gwenifver led a peaceful and content existence, training to claim the throne and unite her kingdom with Camelot's through marriage -- until Uther Pendragon swept in and killed her father and slaughtered her people for her father's supposed treachery. Gwen flees her fallen kingdom with little more than her life. Seven years later, Gwen's true identity is discovered as she resides amongst thieves and savages. She is taken to Camelot to live out her days as a slave under the cruel rule of King Uther. This story happens 2 year's after Renesmee's birth, therefore she appears to be a 12 year old. The battle with the Volturi may be over, but will a new addition to an already large and powerful coven disrupt the peace? One girl will change the Cullens' fate. This girl will cause the vision that will lead to one Cullen couple to be destroyed...forever?

A pile of dirt covered the lady who raised me since i was just a little girl lost in a huge world. As we all said our goodbye's, we all laid a rose down on that old dry dirt that laid above her, and when the cemetery was all empty i laid that last rose down and said "goodbye". No. I did'nt want to say goodbye, days on ened i still thought it was a dream. "How could this be real, no, it's just a dream, i'll wake up soon. She just went on a trip and she will walk through the door soon" Seconds turned into minutes. Minutes turned into hours. Hours turned into days. Days turned into months. Months turned into years. Julie Marks lives in the quaint and quiet city of Hazy Cider Falls, helping in her family's farm, picking, selling, and storing firewood in the deep heart of Wisconsin. She lives with her family of five, including their lovable dog, Ham. Life in Hazy Cider Falls was the whole small town cliche. Everyone knew everyone, everyone loved everyone, and the whole town sure did love a good cup of cider. After the Willis' family nephew comes to visit, life is turned around in Hazy Cider Falls, for both the town, and Julie.

A very broad and fictional concept as of now. Is currently in draft stage. Featuring motocross and supercross legend James Stewart upon his return to his sport after a long period of no racing. This period was very unusual as he is at a point where a rider could retire as he is growing older and has become a father and husband. This period would not be so unusual if he announced it as his retirement, but he did not. In fact, his father gave the answer that he would eventually return to racing to a very confused media as Stewart left his fans and the racing world in the dark for over a year. James was my favorite rider and my idol when I raced motocross. Characterized and made legend from his ability to push to the absolute limit every minute of every race (which created some of the most memorable crashes), Stewart left the racing world in shock. So, I will attempt to make a fan-fiction style story depicting what might happen if he were to return to racing. It will be told from his perspective.

After a long hiatus, Dakota is back in action on Monday night raw. She had decided to jump back from dirt track racing to wwe to show the next generation who's boss. Her first target, Ronda Rousey. She stands in her way of the title. Dakota will be handling it another way though instead of her crazy old self. After a few years away, she has matured and grown up. Now realizes how to play the game.
