t's dark and misty here. That's the first thing that runs through the underground hero, Shouta Aizawa. Shouta had been called in for an emergency case. The social worker had insisted that someone with experience handling "troubled" children be there. He hadn't expected this. The girl- you were pressed into his side, small and fragile, trembling faintly. You looked like you were barely keeping yourself upright, but you were trying. Even as your body swayed slightly, even as your breathing came out unsteady, you held yourself together with sheer will. Shouta could tell immediately you were sick. Something was seriously wrong. So, he steps in. Adopting children was not something Aizawa Shouta thought he would do. Especially alone. He'd figure, maybe, after a few years, when he's settled. Maybe when he has more money- a stable relationship, or a stable job. But, when life gives you lemons.

Katsuki Kuromiya had never expected to move to Japan, she'd never expected to make friends, nor had she expected to found a club, she had not expected to become someone others looked up to, someone who was admired and respected, somebody everyone wanted to know. Somebody who was beautiful, flawless and perfect. The only problem; she was none of those things. She was nothing more than a liar, acting the part no matter how many lies she had to tell, with a wicked black heart that had never known love before now.

/Your basic Eighth Hargreeves On the twelfth hour of the first day of October 1989, 43 women around the world gave birth. Sir Reginald Hargreeves, eccentric billionaire and adventurer, resolved to locate and adopt as many of these children as possible. He ended up with eight of them. Juno Hargreeves' siblings are extraordinary. She was extraordinary too. Emphasis on the 'was'. Left permanently disabled in the incident that killed Ben, Juno Hargreeves has spent the last decade feeling less than ordinary thanks to her father. Overwhelmed by guilt over Ben's death, no longer able to live up to her father's expectations and her brothers and sisters having left her behind, Juno is trapped. But her father's dead and it turns out the apocalypse is in eight days. Doesn't that sound fun! / CROSSPOSTED ON AO3 & FFN

Fallston: a sleepy, upstate New York town near the Catskills. It's rich in history - and a story to tell. One that has been brewing since the Civil War. It also happens to be everything Oakley Weston-self-proclaimed history nerd-has ever dreamed of. Enter Eli Jacobs - youngest generation of one of the town's most historical families. It starts as an innocent partnership so Oakley can get into her graduate program. Soon, they stumble upon more than either of them bargained for. Tensions are high. Will everyone survive? - Dedicated to Anna (YYB), who listened to me for the last few months and pushed me to finish this thing. I owe you Chris Evans and all of the coffee in the world, yo. :)

Francis Flynn always wanted to be normal, but of course, that would always be impossible. No amount of wanting would ever change what she was: Abnormal. Unusual. Francis didn't want to try to be normal, but society seemed to have other plans. Starting a new year at a new school with new people seemed like it could be the best thing to happen to Francis, but she had her doubts. Her normal was a life of discrimination and frustration. Normal wasn't something that Francis necessarily liked, but it was something that she wanted. At her new school, things become not-so-normal for Francis when she meets some not-so-normal people, including a not-so-normal girl that ignite some not-so-normal feelings. Maybe Francis won't mind being not-so-normal after all.

Some people stand on two feet. Spencer built his own. Spencer Callahan is nineteen, a fierce Libero with a prosthetic leg and a reputation for diving headfirst into anything that scares him. After losing his leg in an accident at sixteen, he fought his way back onto the court with nothing but stubborn grit, raw talent, and a refusal to be anyone's inspiration story. But just as his volleyball career is finally catching fire, his heart throws him off-balance - because standing at the other end of the gym is Tate Anderson: twenty-five, grounded, relentless, and the team's physiotherapist. Tate has seen athletes break. He's rebuilt bodies and watched careers dissolve in a heartbeat. But nothing prepared him for Spencer - not just the brutal athleticism, or the scars he wears like armor, but the sharp mouth, guarded heart, and the way Spencer challenges everything Tate thought he knew about strength. Falling in love was never the plan. But some things you don't train for. Together, they push boundaries - emotional, physical, and professional - while the world watches and judges. Between Spencer's rising fame, Tate's quiet loyalty, and the ghosts of old injuries, it's not just about love. It's about identity, independence, and choosing the people who hold you steady when your world tilts.
