After Derpy stops Dinky from killing Doctor, she tries to pick up the broken pieces of her life. She only gets so far before breaking. You can only take so much pain and hurt. She attempts to kill herself only to be stopped by the colt who made her want to die: Doctor whooves. Derpy is placed in a hospital and is told she will go to a asylum. No one told her that it was ran a colt who needs to be in an asylum. Derpy now has to deal with Doctor whooves. Will love bloom or will they forever hate each other?

After the death accident of Derpy hooves she was waked by the nurses in the castle of Luna who knew what had happened to her and who did it. Now a wish will grant her last life.
