Sometimes you need to understand that not everyone wants the best for you. The protagonist of this story faces this reality first hand. NOTES: I originally wrote this in 2020 when I was 16 as a short two page essay, a month after the COVID-19 pandemic when everything was chaos and needed some motivation. *Book 2 of the "Out of The Blue" series* After discovering about her inheritance and the importance of keeping it safe not just for the sake of having what's hers, but also for the sake of keeping close yet another fragment of her identity and her father, she jumps on a mission to France with the help of her 6th great-grandfather's clues he left to find it. She's not only searching for that however, her search tangles when she begins to look for her parents. She finds lost but not forgotten people she's tried to leave in the past and along the way, she probably should have kept her hopes from going too high - but then again, it was her family she was looking for, how low can one's hopes be when you're so eager for them? She thought the secrets were all unraveled already, oh was she wrong. Now is when out come the rest of the colors of the people she was supposed to trust.

But as one thing led to another, Freya found that she wasn’t just trying to find out more about his secrets, she was trying to Fix Him. But is it even possible to gather the many small pieces of a broken soul and glue them back together? It’s not going to be easy, but Freya’s determined to do it.
