In this journal, I capture free thoughts, dissociated from one another. An experiment in writing my mind raw, exactly as it arrives. I will be writing these thoughts progressively. It is not poetry, just the way of expressing myself.

This is not a story it's something to help people who are experiencing derealization or derealization.
