A strong girl proud of who she is and not afraid to yell her identity to the whole school. Soon due to a group project she has to talk to a girl she's not too pleased about. Her name is Ivy and she doesn't appreciate the other girls' loud personalities nor does she enjoy her pride in her identity. No matter what the two must learn to get along. However what happens when the two girls start developing powers of their own. What dangers may present and what group may seek them out. The girls must learn how to befriend each other and maybe even get closer.

"Have to Let It Linger" is a story of a teenage girl trying to make sense of her strange dreams and real-life impulses while dealing with disorders that grow destructive with her. She's met with strong lingering feelings about both those things, and it slowly weakens her worldview, making her question reality while also being hyperaware of reality. It all falls down exhaustingly for her, yet in the midst of all this, she tries to make her social life better but she doesn't realise how thin the gap of reality and fiction has gotten.
