Muncy, Pennsylvania is a calm little town in PA, with a population of less than 10,000 in 2020. In this book's universe, a company made in 1970 is created, becoming a massive tech company in the early 2000s and forward. Its name is DahliaTec. In 2032, DahliaTec started a project in Muncy to centralize their operations. This was called Project Neo-Muncy, started by the former CEO, Jasper Gorenzo. The Neo-Muncy Chronicles is a compilation of the various point of views of people who lived in Neo-Muncy during its 18 year life span.
