In un universo alternativo, l'America è diventata un intero continete comunista e, insieme ad Unione Sovietica e Cina, conquista l'Europa, creando un unico blocco comunista. Questa asse comunista è in forte contrasto con il Vaticano in esilio e con i ribelli fascisti. In questo mondo, Artemio Mantovani, un giovane ragazzo bolognese, diventa presto una fedele spia del regime, ma sarà davvero quello che vuole? Dall'altra parte, Margaret Jones, spia vaticana, è mandata a spiare gli americani comunisti e questo la porterà ad un primo incontro con Artemio. Il loro destino è uccidersi a vicenda, o forse no... Ogni matredì un capitolo nuovo.

As an ongoing work conceived with no rigid form or rule over content, many subjects receive treatment in widely varying voices and styles. To go with a lot of the unstructured free verse, there are even a few pseudo-rap or hip-hop styled pieces, probably most prominent in 'Hand and Heart Never Part' with a few more in process soon to come. It should be noted, the pieces you find here may reflect a viewpoint the author may not agree with any more than you do as a reader, so if you're not inclined to critical thinking, or taking a different -- even disgusting -- perspective as you suspend your disbelief, some of these may offend you. If you're confused on a read, however, that could simply be the writing; you're completely off the hook for that. Crit me on it if that's the case. But, if you're moved, if you're in some way stimulated, even if you're simply bored, please take the time to write a brief comment, share a link to a work you have done or you know reflects another perspective, perhaps one you feel less ashamed to have immersed yourself in, or that you feel better captures your sense of the subject, or a facet of it. So far, as of this writing, there is not a single soliloquy to be found, but arcane language, experiments with meter and rhyme, and more, are all fair game here. As hinted at, you may need to have a strong constitution to read this; what's intermittently embalmed here has so far run afoul of the affirmational. Maybe that has to do with the general air of distopia in media today all writers and creators must grapple with... Decide for yourself where these glittering shards and smouldering embers belong.

In un mondo lontano da quello che conosciamo oggi. Un futuro dove il nucleo della terra ha subito un collasso e ha avuto conseguenze catastrofiche sulla società. L'umanità ha subito conseguenze disastrose e ha dovuto ricominciare da zero. Le persone sopravvivono grazie all'agricoltura e all'antica arte della caccia. I "rifugi", piccoli villaggi costruiti dopo il disastro, sono le loro case. Aleida, una giovane cacciatrice, non sa però dell'esistenza di altri villaggi, ne è sempre rimasta all'oscuro. After a harsh chemical is released into the atmosphere from a massive explosion from a weapon developing plant, the human race is brought to its knees. Why is this? Well, that chemical has done something no one expected. It killed 99.9% of the female population. No one knows why this happened or why it doesn't effect males. All they know is in this new society that was suddenly created, women are gods, and we still don't know if that is a good or bad thing...

Year 3019. Old continents do not longer exist ( there's no more North and South America, Africa, Europe, Asia, Oceania and Antartica). The world is divided in four big sections, simply called Section 1,2,3 and 4. Races and nationalities are not a thing anymore, religions have been abolished. Climate is artificially created and held to be the same in every part of the globe ( a seasonal but gentle climate ). Capitalism still exist, but social disparities are moderated by public wealth politics. People in the Sections live fairly well but are not allowed to do all the things and have all the privileges that people in the two Mystic Cities have. Were once laid the two Poles, at the "extremities" of the world there are the Two Mystic Cities: Aetherea and Eatherea. Only politicians, sport stars, singers, models, actors and few other élite categories can live there. Although possible for someone in the Sections to change their social status and become a citizen of one of the two Mystic Cities, it's extremely difficult and unlikely to happen. Leya is a normal girl, leading the most normal and ( boring ) life in Section 2; her wish is to upgrade her social status and life to become a well known singer, a celebrity in one of the Two Mystic Cities. She is determined to make the almost impossible.

Le voleva dire che si, l'avrebbe portata ovunque, sarebbero andati in capo al mondo .. ma ... no, non era Mad. No, decisamente non era lei. Erano in un altro mondo, in una terra straniera e Mad non aveva niente a che vedere con quella gente, con quella Julia. "Vengo da un luogo molto lontano ... che forse non avete mai sentito nominare." Sentiva di potersi fidare, forse voleva fidarsi. "lo so da dove venite." E gli soffiò il fumo in faccia tornando ad assumere quella sua aria sfrontata che aveva subito attratto J quando si erano incontrati per strada.
