this is my first time writing so I have no idea what will happen please forgive me. This is my idea of what happens before and during the 74th Hunger Games for Rue. ♡

It's the 52nd Hunger Games, and Axel, a 17-year-old boy from District Eleven is chosen as the male tribute during the Reaping. Before leaving for the Capitol, his father reminds him of who he is: an Assassin. During training, Axel struggles to hide his skills from the other tributes as well as practice them, but is aided by his mentor, Thesa Dunbryll. 24 tributes are chosen annually to compete in the Hunger Games.
