No one expected District 12 to have 3 tributes, except the 3rd tribute she seems to know more about it all than she lets on. Belleivora Heart is a 16 year old, who seems ordinary but is somehow the talk of the games, the 3rd tribute.

Soo this "story" is about what happens after the rebellion in Panem. I don't know if I will keep writing anything I just want to try to do a little story so yeah.
