Dahlia Everdeen thought that it was best to put the Hunger Games behind her, but it was harder than she thought. The girl who once feared the Capitol was now angered. But with her sisters worrying about her, Peeta ignoring her completely and most of the district thinking she was mad, it looks like she will have to do it by herself. As the days grow darker, Dahlia doesn't know what to do. At least she and her family were safe. Or so she thought. To her horror, everything she did in the arena created social unrest within the districts - people were rioting, people were refusing to work and people were spreading the fire that she started. She had sparked a rebellion. A rebellion that refused to be extinguished. With the help of Haymitch, Dahlia must depend on her lies as she and Peeta go on their Victory Tour. Or can she?

But she's not the only one. Peeta Mellark is known as a player because of who he hangs around with and his past. Katniss believes she will never be the girl she once was, so she embraces the new her and begins to flirt with all the boys, but avoids Peeta at all costs. But aged 4, President Snow's grandson comes into power and games are reintroduced. In her very first reaping she selected to represent District 12 in the Hunger Games and everyone believes she's done for. But only to her mother knowledge, she has been hunting since the age of 6 and has never missed with a bow and arrow. This her story of her own experience in the Games and she is ready to prove to the Capitol that don't own her and is more than a piece in their games.

Terra Naismith is a 12 year old girl living in District 12. Her family is dirt poor and her father can have abusive outbursts. Her best Friend Prim and her family sometimes care for her and her younger brother during her father's drunken acts. The reaping is coming up and she is afraid she will get picked.
