Specifically a silver jubilee later, almost as if a sick twisted joke from fate his granddaughter was now the President of our Nation. She made it her life mission to not only rebuild Panem and The Hunger Games but to ameliorate them as she put it. It had been a quarter century and still Cassia Snow had been affected by the rebellion of the Mockingjay. She wanted to punish Katniss Everdeen for the destruction she had caused the Snow family, The Capitol of Panem, and the everything they had worked for. However what if another rebellion was on the horizon, what if there was a new saviour for the Districts of Panem, but what if the new rebellion wasn't lead by Katniss or her children.
