In the remote village of Crowsgate, nestled among fog-choked forests, an ancient curse stirs after a centuries-old burial ritual is disturbed. Those who enter the Bonewood-the twisted, skeletal heart of the forest-begin vanishing or returning changed, haunted by shadows that whisper their darkest fears. Liam Hawk, a young historian obsessed with local legends, arrives seeking the truth behind the disappearances. As he delves deeper, he uncovers a web of secrets: the village's ancestors made a pact with a malevolent forest spirit, and the curse feeds on guilt, fear, and forbidden knowledge.
