As a young girl, the narrator spent Saturdays helping my father wash his car. While the driveway was filled with sunshine and soapy water, i was secretly traumatized by the "White House" across the street-a place with drawn curtains where a mysterious figure paced back and forth, day and night, for years. He keeps watching me. Is he a ghost or a human? Based on my childhood trauma.

Wesley Park is a federal wildlife reservation, home to all creatures big or small, but a one Tom Alan is about to make the discovery of a lifetime, he's heard reports of a "Unusual" animal at the reservation, one with big red eyes emourmous sharp claws and an appetite for human flesh.

With trembling fingers, she picked up the phone, the line crackling with anticipation. "Hello?" she whispered, her voice barely audible. The response was cold and calculated, a chilling echo of the past. "Molly," Brendan's voice slithered through the line, sending a shiver down her spine. "I told you I would find you. Did you really think you could hide from me?" Her grip on the phone tightened until her knuckles turned white. "What do you want?" she managed to ask, her voice wavering with fear and anger. "Isn't it obvious?" he sneered. "To finish what I started. You think you can just leave me behind and live your life like nothing happened? You're mine, Molly. You always will be."
