Jeanine has a daughter who ends up at Dauntless, just a year before Tris Prior joins the storyline. This (somewhat lengthy) fic is a depiction of Anastasia Matthews, Jeanine's daughter, as she lives in Dauntless as the tensions between factions grow and Erudite and Dauntless begin to join together in their attempts of eradicating the Divergent and similar.

In a dark future, years after the collapse of civilization, a world ravished by a great plague is overrun by the reanimated remains of the fallen. Amidst waring militias and armies of the undead, the rebels must fight against the tyrannical rule of Arcana-the city of light, in order to reclaim control of their fallen country. But in a world where the dead outnumber the living, the rebels must strike a deal with the president of a society of pacifists, in order to survive. All the while, the flesh eating undead are evolving into something more sinister. A council of cruel dictators, a clan of cannibalistic zealots, hordes of undead creatures, and bloodthirsty, human mercenaries converge for control of the mysterious Black Source.

So like most of you the ending of Allegiant shattered me and in my denial phase I wrote this alternative ending to it

(Divergent fan fiction) After two factions remain shattered due to the Erudite, a new faction is created. They aren't Dauntless, they're Retribution. They fight for themselves to prevent an attack from other factions as happened to Abnegation. They don't train soldiers, they train weapons. This story revolves around Tris and Tobias' daughter Kaleigh along with her struggle throughout initiation and a love interest. (Quick read)

Hi I'm Nevaeh Grafter. My world is split up into groups. Im Amity. The colorful peace-makers. But I'm not like them I'm kinda rude and I've always wanted to be Dauntless. After i finish my work i go to a cleared out spot and train. I have watched how Dauntless people fight. I'm pretty good at it. I work on my running, jumping, self-defense, offense and my throwing. I have been training for about my whole life. Its weird i want to be Dauntless because there hasn't been an Amity transfer to there in 3-4 years. My choosing ceremony is tomorrow. I figure out what faction i am today.
