Taylor is in abnegation she lives with her abusive father and evil step-mother. She can't wait until the choosing ceremony so she can escape her hell of a life. She is scared to tell anyone about her home life because in her faction everyone else needs come before your own, she does not want to seem selfish. ( in my story, Divergents aren't really hunted in the story yet but if certain people find out they will kill you and Tris is not choosing her faction yet she has to wait until next year but she does occur in the story and everyone else is still there)

Ellis chooses at the choosing ceremony dauntless. Their parents are shocked, because they lived like an erudite their whole life and his father maybe thaught them what to do at the aptitude test. Dauntless came as a shock for Ellis. Initiation is though and can be very lonely sometimes. When they also fall in love with the dauntless leader Eric, everything becomes even harder. They do things -bad things- they never thought they would do. How're they going to handle that? How will they survive their own mind? Fighting someone else might be hard, but fighting yourself is extremely difficult.
