"United we stand, divided we fall." The defeat of (most of) the Bureau brought forth the end of the faction system and the Chicago experiment. Though the fence is still up, the faction system has been eliminated after considering the idea that together, they could become better people. Two things from before are still in existence: the aptitude test and the status Divergent. The Divergent are now sent outside the fence to do exactly what the experiments were set up for: to increase the population of people with corrected genes. But when this new system is threatened, what happens next?

Through it all they stay together and when choosing day comes they choose Dauntless together where they think things will be easier but of course those two aren't allowed to live easy lives. This is my first fanfic so it's probably not that good but I'm having so much fun writing so try it out, if you want to.
