Revelations, feelings and thoughts about my parent's divorce. I'm writing this story as a way of express how I feel about my parent's separation. It's kind of a diary to me but I hope that someone can relate to what I feel so that we could all feel less alone. Feel free to use the comment section to tell me about your own thoughts and experiences.

A 17 girl , child of divorce, moves from Greece to a small town right outside of Edinburgh, Scotland. There lots of surprises are yet to come in her life , decisions to make , unexpected friendships and even a possibility for her to find love. She misses her daddy's Motown Christmas album, making ornaments with her family, the stockings on the wall in the family home. This year, she can't fight 'missing the old thing' any longer, so she arranges for her family to stay in a hilltop resort so she can have it back. Small problem - the family's fallen apart since she left. Ivory sees this opportunity and her family's relationship as no coincidence, and she's determined to pull them back together. Everyone knows that Separated parents and divorced parents are similar, but not many know how different life can be. My parents are separated and life can get very hectic. I don't expect anyone to read this, it's basically just for me to rant and get things off my chest from all these years.
