Thinking there is no hope in surviving, she meets a man who keeps them going. Mia and Emma becomes apart of a larger group, that makes them feel at home. Even if it is a bunch of teenagers. Some chapters are a bit longer than others. Some details are a little brutal.

Before the end of the world, you were a social worker who worked in the prison. Before you can get back inside you realize you're being tracked by a blue eyed, crossbow wielding, man who is not so happy to wake up hog tied after you got the jump on him.
