Third time lucky, one might find themselves hoping as they glance at the third instalment in my series of pretty terrible oneshots. Well, one can always dream. Anyways, these short tales are limited to a maximum of 500 words, hence the lack of plot development. I do take requests though. Ever since they started dating, every night seemed better than the last, to Smith. Although, he made tons of sacrifices and gave up lots of his time and money to make Ross happy and buy him gifts, Ross seemed like he was never satisfied.

I had never really cared for girls. I mean, I hadn't had a steady relationship in years; I much preferred just borrowing them for the night and then leaving them in the morning, not even bothering to remember their names. That was until I met her. In the most peculiar circumstances, suddenly I'm nervous, sweating, and my heart is beating a mile a minute; I was reduced to a puddle of my former self.
