With only his childhood friend Bakugou, his friends kirishima and shinsou, and his mom knowing of this, he still aspires to get into UA to be a hero. Midoriya Izuku has always followed his childhood friend Kacchan everywhere and in everything. He chased after that back as if touching it was his only reason for living. Bakugō Katsuki had always known about Deku's obsession with him, and felt a secret comfort in it. He would always be there, behind him, as if it were a silent promise between them. But promises are often broken, and Katsuki has to learn this the hard way. Suddenly, war breaks out and Deku disappears. Into thin air, who knows where, with a stupid farewell letter. Katsuki looks for him behind him as they did when they were children, in front of him, far away from him, running at full speed and shouting his name. But Deku is gone, everywhere he turns. And everything, inside him, begins to fall apart.
