after high-school graduation, greg moved in with rowley. their life together was perfect, they had steady jobs and a nice place. it was what they had always dreamed of. but then rowley had been offered a better, high paying job. the downside? he's have to move to Boston as soon as possible. so he did it, he moved. and greg hasn't contacted him since the move. it's been almost 5 years since then, and greg's life has turned upside down, and he misses rowley more than anything. he doesn't know if he should confront his feelings, or bury them deeper, as he did when they lived together. A/N note: hi!! this is a mainly joke story, but i do love writing so i hope you enjoy. i'll put tws in the story when needed, but other than that there isn't much i have to say! so enjoy!'

Greg Heffley and his brother Rodrick have never gotten along. They've always hated each other's guts. Until one night, when they both argue about each other's lives while touching a magic stone. The following morning gets really weird when they both end up having a Freaky Friday situation and get stuck in each other's bodies. Greg has to play drums, deal with high school teachers, and act like Rodrick, while Rodrick has to deal with Fregley, Patty, Greg's rude teacher, and more. Will they end up getting along after this weird situation is over?

FOR LEGAL REASONS THIS FANFICTION IS A HALF-JOKE. Rodrick hates his new life in Silver Lake. More specifically, he hates Kevin: the narcissist on his block that loves to make a point: that this is Kevin's world, and everyone is just living in it. Challenging authority happens to be Rodrick's very nature, and he lives to piss Kevin off. Kevin isn't above stooping to his level, and will not let Rodrick be his downfall. But what if he's already fallen?
