From the day they arrive on the planet, and blinking step into the sun, there is more to see than- "Dude, that's the Lion King." "Oh...sorry." "No, whatever just...just try again." The human world, it's a mess. Life- "Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the Little Mermaid." Humans are amazing. They all just go through so much, but you know what's beautiful? When life gets them down, they just keep on swimming. "Stop. That's Finding Nemo. I don't even know where you're going with that one." Everyone controls their own destinies, you don't need magic- "You need to seriously stop quoting Disney." If music be the food of- "Get out." "What?" "Just move over, I'm doing it myself." "Wait, give me-" "Nope. We've been here for an hour. Go away." "But-" "Seriously, Doctor, leave." "Fine." "Alright, let's see..." From the day they are born, humans are hardwired to slowly, but endlessly change. They are given the tools to adapt to whatever environment they choose to live. They don't realize how lucky they are to harness this gift, the gift of change. Humans are small creatures in this vast universe, but they are important. However, despite being given the gift of change, many humans choose to fight it. They don't want the change, so they constantly battle against it. Yet, no one has ever won. Except for me. Well, me and the Doctor. But we don't really fall in the 'human' category. Note: I do not own Doctor Who. All rights to BBC except my own characters. P.S. This is in no way a romance novel. ATTENTION: The first 30 chapters of this book are...not good. I'm rewriting them. Honestly, you won't hurt my feelings if you want to skip over them completely.

Cassiopeia thought she was just an ordinary student, struggling through another midnight essay. But when a glowing crack opens in her seminar room wall, curiosity pulls her into a world of stars, paradoxes, and impossible adventures. Thrown into the path of the Doctor and his companions, Cassiopeia finds herself caught between timelines, facing mysteries that defy explanation. As she journeys through time and space, she must uncover who she truly is-and why the universe seems to know her better than she knows herself. Melanie di Angelo, daughter of the Lord Hades and sister to Bianca and Nico di Angelo, had been traveling completely alone for many years. The very last time she spoke to her brother was a year or two after the war over Olympus against Kronos had ended. He had told her that it would be better for them both. He had said he needed time to grieve those they lost properly and to find his true self. Something she, too, felt necessary. She could understand his point of view, not that she liked it. For it did nothing to soften the blow of virtually forced isolation. After parting ways, Melanie decided to live in the solitude imposed upon her, just so she could avoid any rouge monsters that unfortunately crossed her dangerous path. But what were to happen if she were to stumble upon a certain Time Lord sitting alone in Yosemite Park? Read on to find out!

Cassandra Oracle is a scientist. She calculates probabilities, maps out the differentials and keeps her findings to the fourth decimal point at least, in order to ensure accuracy. But when she gets accidentally transported to a universe she thought fiction (thanks to the machine. she'd been working on), with a head-full of foreknowledge she shouldn't have about events to come. (thanks to her obsessions with a certain TV show), she realises that some things will never be explained neatly and precisely. And mostly, that mad men in tie-travelling blue boxes really can make your dreams come true.

The Doctor gave up long ago of ever finding his 'Amarthin,' his bonded. But when he visited the house of Jackie Tyler one day, soon after his regeneration, his senses were flooded with the tell-tale signs of her! But the road for the two would not be an easy one, as eighteen-year-old Persephone still believed she was human and had a crippling phobia of making connections with people. It would take time and effort, but the Doctor was convinced that with love and hard work, he could help Persephone save herself. This is a 'slowmance.' I want to show that you don't have to have love at first sight to be an interesting fanfiction.

Content note: sci-fi violence, explosions, desert peril. The Doctor never meant to land on Arrakis. One wrong pull in the vortex drops the TARDIS onto a world of endless sand, spice-filled air, and a fragile balance held together by belief and blood. It's the early reign of Emperor Paul Atreides, a time when destiny is already pressing hard on the planet-and when even the smallest disturbance can echo across history. Unfortunately, the Doctor isn't the only Time Lord listening. The Master is here too. Drawn by something buried deep beneath the dunes, something ancient and calling through the spice, the Master sees Arrakis not as a world to protect, but as a door waiting to be opened. The Doctor knows better. Whatever sleeps under the sand was hidden for a reason-and opening it could tear far more than the desert apart. With his sonic unreliable, the desert itself turning hostile, and the Master pushing every boundary just to see what breaks, the Doctor must walk carefully between interference and catastrophe. Because on Arrakis, even sound can summon monsters, and light can become a weapon. Time doesn't care about heroes. And on a world where prophecy rules, it waits for no man.

Before Clara Oswald, and after the blessed Pond's, this is the story that was never told. This is what really happened to the Doctor. After his regeneration, the Doctor continues to travel with Amy, Rory, and River Song. He is able to put sad memories and past companions behind him, focusing on his adventures, present and future. But when the Doctor tries to seal up the cracks in time and space, they pull him into a parallel universe and into his past. In a place he had vowed never to return to, he sees someone he never expected to see again and hears the most remarkable story from this familiar old friend. Will her story provide closure for long, unanswered questions? Or will it only reopen old wounds? {{ BBC Doctor Who Fanfiction; I don't own any BBC characters or plot elements. However, the idea for the story is my own and I've put a lot of time and effort into writing this story for all Whovians out there.
