The Doctor and Clara are arguing about their next adventure. Clara wants to see Gallifrey but The Doctor strongly turns it down but doesn't tell her why, and The TARDIS has had enough. When The Doctor says no again The TARDIS decides that its time to take matters in her own hands. The Doctor and Clara get split up yet again but this is no walk in the park getting her back. When he realizes where the TARDIS took her and cant get her back, he must make the toughest decision. Going home and facing the High Counsel or loosing Clara and potentially the only good thing left in his life. (I do not own Doctor who or its characters)

The Tardis is breached, landing the Doctor and Clara in the middle of a war like none other- a war of the minds.

The Doctor and Clara haven't traveled very much together, so they're still getting used to one another when the Tardis picks up an Alien signal with an attached riddle. Except they did not tell her about who the doctor really is, or that he is in fact an alien. As far as their daughter is concerned Clara and 'John' are just two normal people. But what happens when she discovers the truth, not only about her parents but also about herself...

She's tired of hiding and she's tired of trying. She loves him but believes it's one sided. The doctor on the other hand, is trying to figure why she always seems so sad and why her smile doesn't reach her eyes anymore. _________________ This was my very first fanfic and I just read through and edited this for the first time in years and couldn't decide if I was proud or disappointed in my third grade self.
