What happens if the Doctor, and Rose Tyler found out they both have a Son in Uncle Spiderwick's Mansion?!

Rose and the Doctor had saved the world hundreds of times. They stopped the Sycarax, ended the Auto-tons, and most recently the Cyber-men and Daleks at the same time. There is just one problem. The Doctor is trapped in the parallel world without Rose and she without him. How will the Doctor get back to her? Can Rose cope with being the Doctor in his stead? How long until the lost lovers can see each other again? What happened to Rose that could have stopped her from aging and why is she having these odd dreams?
