Hope. Hold on, pain ends. At least that's what they tell us anyway. I never believed in hope. Not until I met her. The funny, hazel-eyed girl. She was the most understanding human I'd ever met. She gave me that hope. She was my hope. & I hoped more and more everyday that this hope would last forever.

You and Dodie were close as children, when you hit 6th grade, Dodie changed. One day, after a particularly hard time, she called you a witch, it confused you at first, so you clutched your rainbow bag and looked at her confusedly. Then you understood, you where always better at dealing with bullies than her. She was trying to fit in. After that you and dodie grew apart, and never grew back together. then, High school, you had your 'glo up' and suddenly YOU where popular. But you always look back to her and smile.
