It's almost Halloween! Dogman, 80-HD and li'l Petey are making their Halloween costumes while petey is working on more of his inventions. But chaos strikes once Dr. Scum escapes jail to get revenge on Petey for breaking the deal by reincarning dead people and then making them go wild around town. This story is inspired by @thebearme on tumblr, Go give them a follow! They're very talented. Based off of Dav pilkey's Dogman books and "star girl" by Jerry spinelli (for the title)

Ask and dare different characters from different shows. I don't own any of the characters in this book. The only character I own is SC (she is my OC), also this will be as close to the canon for this story as I can get. Stores such as 'Sonic' and 'DogMan' will be examples of small mistakes. I haven't read "DogMan' in a hot minute, and I am not really informed about the 'Sonic' story. But please read with this in mind because there will be mistakes. Please and thank you.
