On the edge of the forest, next to the town, lay a small pack. The Starlight Pack. At the age of one year, each pup would choose a job that would determine their destiny. With this job, each dog would serve their pack, and help keep the pack strong. When Suzy, a young female beagle, finally has her Selection Ceremony to choose her final job, she is overwhelmed with happiness, and thinks that nothing could possibly go wrong. Honey too, a female Golden Retriever, feels that the world is perfect, and nothing could be better... But when Suzy and Honey go outside the camp to help their pack, they are faced with a new storm, one that challenges their hope and happiness, and could change them forever.

A Dog Was Murdered In Cold Blood. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ During a fire that raged through most of the city, a Wolfdog named Sword's brother was murdered. His death was covered up by the fire, but his murder was discovered anyway. Sword, leader of a pack large and vicious dogs, blames another dog pack lead by a German Shepherd Lab named Flash. Now both packs are attacking each other, and there is no humans left to stop them. Dasher is a Dalmatian living on his own, but now he can't avoid running into one of the vicious pack dogs and it's making his life difficult. But, he believes if he can find Trickster, Sword's brother's murderer, and prove Flash's pack innocent, he can return to his peaceful life as a lone dog. ~~~~~~~~ This is my original idea please do not steal it. Cover was made by me. I'm still debating whether or not this is going to be a short story or a "normal" length. This book is friendly to all ages. People and their huskies were on a plane, soaring above the jungle, but then the plane got hit by a strong gust of wind causing it to fly down (The plane is kinda like one of those planes you would have in a jungle or something, not an airport one) 7 huskies were on it as well, and when it fell to the ground the humans died but the huskies survived. Will they survive in the wild, as they create a new pack? Or will they die a terrible death by a tiger that lurks or hunger?

The battle of the foxes has been won, but at a terrible price. Maple is still on the other side of town, scrounging for her memory though she senced she has some long forgotten connection to killpack, aspen is searching desperately to find a cure for her father and the leader of her pack, who are both getting sicker b the day, and racer finding his way home and away from humans, knowing now where his heart is, and it isn't going to make the pack code happy. Where we have Rust who steps up into Cave-pack. That's where everything changed. As he set off to his journey. He was forced to faced difficult challenges to save the pack. And saved his land and his pack-mates. He follows his paw prints to set off his journey but not alone. But with his pack-mates before it's too late or.. Cave-pack will be destroyed.
