Neon is a way of life~ that is for 17 year old Hailey Watson. Everyday, she's forced to wake up to her older step-brother's cold hand, then go to the dumbest places ever invented- school. The kids there hate her, and bully her physically and emotionally, and when she comes home, her druken, abusive step-brother is there to great her at the door. It doesn't make it any better that she has to work full shifts at Starbucks to support her and her unemployed, 21 year old step-brother, just so he can enjoy the benifits. When Hailey is on the last straw and decieds to give up after work one day, she finally meets the right person at the right time. Maybe life is worth living after all... if she smiles neon smiles.
